ernesto rackley: owner & master personal trainer
Ernesto Rackley is owner of NextLevel Fitness. Ernesto’s passion for fitness runs deep and is rooted in the foundational principles of developing a healthy body…fad diets and overnight gadgets do not have a place within the NextLevel philosophy.
Ernesto’s philosophy is that ALL people can achieve great health and obtain the body of their dreams if they are only willing to do the work. You don’t need a lot of money or equipment, just willingness, consistency and a plan. Ernesto’s gift is developing the RIGHT PLAN to transform your body and life to the NextLevel.
Ernesto will not make false promises, only the simple truth. His first objective with a potential client is to determine if they are truly ready for the truth. If they are not, he will not even allow them to waste their valuable money or time.
Ernesto is also the founder of Fitness Redirection, a 501(c)3 non-profit. This after school program focuses on at-risk Middle School kids and employs a dynamic fitness program, tutoring and mentoring as catalysts for redirecting the lives of kids who are suffering both socio-economically and physically.

monique hennagan: personal trainer
Monique Hennagan is a World Class Athlete and Olympic Gold Medalist, that has been competitive in the sport of track and field for twenty years.. She began traveling the world at the age of sixteen through competing in track and field, which had a major impact on her passion for healthy living through diet and fitness. "When you travel to a place like Sweden and you look around and can’t find an obese person, it makes you cognizant of the fact that we have a lot of work to do in the states where obesity is rampant."
Monique’s philosophy is to make diet and exercise a part of your lifestyle. She feels that goals are very important in order to get to your desired level of fitness but it’s also important to see the bigger picture, which goes beyond your goals. The bigger picture includes creating habits to eat right and exercise so that you are doing everything within your power to live a long quality life, so that you won’t stop at your goals or get discouraged if you aren’t reaching them fast enough.
Monique began unconsciously changing lives by providing healthy eating and workout tips to friends, family, and random people who approached her. After a friend lost over 40 lbs in three months based on her advice and workouts, she knew she enjoyed being able to touch people’s lives and provide awareness that not only allowed people to reach their goals but changed their lifestyle .
